Mark Cloet (Belgium,1964): "Untitled" Series I, 2011, () Ink on Paper. Stretching across the center of the plane, a series of small, short dark diagonal lines exist. On the center, left, the lines hook on top of a light brown wash. The light brown wash continues to the far edge of the center, center of the composition. Present on the bottom of the artwork, in graphite, the words: "What we learned at a young age serves usually as a measure state of values for the rest of our life" |
